Jeff Lee, MD
FOUNDER
Jeff is a physician who has served on short-term medical trips overseas in China, India, Bolivia and The Democratic Republic of Congo. He founded Consult Bridge in 2022 with a vision to leverage technology to enable physicians like himself to support fellow clinicians serving in resource-limited areas when travel is not possible. Jeff enjoys skiing, tinkering with his car, and spending time with friends and family.

Hau Liu, MD, MBA, MPH, MS
CONSULTANT COORDINATOR, Co-founder
Hau is a physician and healthcare executive with experience in clinical care, research, healthcare operations, and digital health. He has served in various leadership roles both locally and abroad. He is excited to deploy technology to help serve those in resource-challenged areas. Hau enjoys running (slowly!) to support his mental and physical health.

Tim O'Keefe
FIELD WORKER COORDINATOR, Co-founder
Tim is excited to serve as our field worker point of contact because he gets to collaborate with some of the coolest people he knows! He developed a passion for overseas healthcare when he and his doctor wife worked at a rural hospital in Nepal for a couple years. His background as a mechanical engineer has enabled him to work on some engaging projects, many in resource limited settings. When he is not busy trying to design something new, he enjoys playing sports with his kids and getting outside in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where he lives.

Tony Liu
PRODUCT DESIGNER, Co-founder
Tony is design leader with over 15 years experience creating digital products for large audiences in non-profit, tech, education, and entertainment industries. His value for creating clear, useful user experiences, along with a deep desire to serve missionally in practical ways, led him to partner with Consult Bridge. Outside of work, Tony loves vacationing in nature and watching his kids play soccer and basketball.

Tommy Wu
SENIOR DEVELOPER, Co-founder
Tommy is a software engineer with 18+ years of experience specializing in healthcare technology. Tommy's journey to Consult Bridge began after attending a medical missions workshop with Jeff and a late night conversation inspiring the recommendation that Jeff draw pictures of his idea on the back of a napkin. When he's not working he enjoys chasing his kids while riding their bikes in the neighborhood and coffee with his wife. Other hobbies include pickleball and a re-discovery of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Mason Nash
JUNIOR DEVELOPER
Mason is a recent graduate of Cal Poly Pomona. After completing his bachelor’s degree in computer science, he joined Consult Bridge as a junior software developer. He is grateful for the opportunity to gain invaluable work experience while building a product that will help countless people. When he is not working, he enjoys preparing adventures for his favorite tabletop role-playing game, Cyberpunk Red.

OFFICE MANAGER
Debbie is an executive support and fundraising professional with experience in the non-profit and medical sectors. She and her husband are part of an urban church in Long Beach, CA. When she’s not a “minivan Uber” for all her kids activities, she appreciates art, playing guitar, and trying to capture a perfectly balanced composition of light, shapes, and color.
